Step 1. You reach out

We always answer the phone or a text, day or night.

Call or text 678-341-5795, or book online. A person on our side answers. We'll ask a little about your home and set a time to come over.

Step 2. We come to your house

You get a clear, itemized proposal before we leave your home.

We walk the rooms with you. If the outside is part of the job, we walk around the house too. We ask about timing, colors if you have them, and what matters most to you.

Before we leave, you have the proposal in hand. Each part of the job is listed with its price. The price we quote is the price we honor.

Step 3. While we paint

You keep living your life. We take care of the normal prep, and we never paint over wood rot.

If you have a question or something bugs you, call or text us, not the crew. You should never have to chase anyone down or run the job yourself.

Step 4. The final walk, then you pay

You don't pay until you love it. Guaranteed.

When the painting is done, one of our founders inspects the work first. Then we walk the house with you, written punch list in hand. If anything isn't right, we come back and fix it.

When you love it, you sign off. That is when you pay. There's no deposit and no payment along the way. That is our simple promise.

Step 5. If something shows up later

If a covered issue shows up after the job, we respond within one business day. We schedule the earliest practical repair. We come back. We never ask you to pay for covered work.
